Submit a Notice-and-Take-Down report

Here you find instructions to submit a Notice-and-Take-Down (NTD) report about content that is published by one of our customers. We will process your report as soon as possible, within 10 working days and if necessary in consultation with our legal advisor. Only complete and truthful reports can be processed. Read the instructions below carefully. Failing to follow them may result in your report being delayed, lost or not processed.

Please also first inform yourself about the Notice-and-Take-Down procedure before submitting a report.

Required information

In order to successfully process your report, we will need the following information. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

• Your full name
• Your organization (if applicable)
• Your address (including street and house number)
• Your city
• Your state, province or region
• Your postal / ZIP code
• Your country
• Your e-mail address
• Your phone number
• The URL or URLs of the content in question; please be specific
• Your demands; please pick one or both:
  • To block or remove content
  • To share personal details of the offender
• The grounds of your report; please pick one or more:
  • Infringement of trademark or other rights
  • Racist, hateful or discriminatory content
  • Slander, libel, insult or threats
  • Abuse of privacy or portrait rights
  • Child porn or other unlawful pornography
  • Cybercrime (hacking, malware, phishing, ...)
  • Other
• Include a further explanation of your report; be specific
• Inform us if you already have been in contact with the publisher of the content
  • If yes, please include their explanation for not taking action

How to submit your report

To successfully take your report into consideration, we kindly ask you to do the following:

• Gather all required information as described above. Note that we may refuse to process your report if it is incomplete.
• Send this information by e-mail to support@antagonist.nl.
• Ensure the subject of your email starts with [NTD REPORT]. Failing to do so may result in your report being unnecessarily delayed.
• Please include the following two statements in your email:
  ✓ I declare that all the information I provided is truthful and correct. I also declare that I will pay all resulting damages if my provided information turns out to be untruthful or incorrect.
  ✓ In case of infringement on copyright, a trade mark or another right, I declare to be the rightful claimant or that I am entitled to represent the rightful claimant.

Urgent matters

Some reports may be urgent due to their nature. In this case, we will make every effort to process your report as soon as possible. If the report is urgent, please indicate so by starting your email subject with [URGENT NTD REPORT] contrary to the instruction above. Please note that unnecessarily declaring a report as urgent will delay your report.
